Rates:

I am pleased to offer a complimentary 15-minute initial phone consultation per your request.

Assessment/first session: (75 minutes) $150
Therapy sessions: (50 minutes) $100

Insurance: Out-of-Network

While I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies, I am happy to provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Some clients will receive a portion of counseling fees reimbursed to them from their insurance companies while others will not receive reimbursement, depending on their plan.
Whether you choose to submit a superbill to your insurance company or not, the full fee will be due at each session.

Payment

Cash, check, major debit and credit cards, and HSA debit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, I respectfully ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. In the event of a late cancellation, you may be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.
